01Who is this for?+
Independent residential HVAC companies with roughly 5–20 technicians and 30 or more replacement estimates a month. We focus on eligible unsold replacement opportunities, rather than purchased leads or old-list reactivation.
02Do we need to change our CRM?+
No. We work alongside ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge or a spreadsheet export. We confirm the available fields, consent records and access first. A native integration is not promised; an authorized export can be the starting point.
03Our CSR already follows up. What changes?+
Keep your usual process in both groups. The pilot tests whether our added follow-up helps beyond what your team already does. If your current process works well, the result may show little or no added value.
04Who answers pricing and equipment questions?+
We handle routine replies using approved information and book callbacks for your comfort advisor. Your team approves pricing, financing and technical answers. A human supervises the workflow and reviews exceptions; this is not 24/7 coverage.
05Can you text every homeowner who requested an estimate?+
No. Texts require documented appropriate consent naming your company. Missing consent or an unknown time zone means no SMS. Every message identifies your company; local-time quiet hours apply, and STOP or another reasonable opt-out suppresses follow-up across channels.
06Will the pilot prove extra sales in 30 days?+
It may not. About 80% of eligible households get our follow-up and about 20% are held back as a control group. Assignment is random and fixed before outreach. Because one contractor's pilot is usually too small for a reliable answer on its own, we also pool results across clients, and we report each client's own numbers with their uncertainty, including negative or inconclusive results. We compare groups over equal observation windows. No callbacks, sales or lift are guaranteed.
07What happens after the pilot?+
There is no automatic conversion. If you choose ongoing service, it is month-to-month at $1,000/month for up to 50 new estimates or $1,500/month for up to 100, plus a one-time $500 setup fee when ongoing service starts, even after a pilot. Volume counting and cancellation terms are agreed before signing.
08Who owns the data?+
You retain your customer and estimate data and client-specific records. We use them to deliver and measure your service, not resell leads. Access, subprocessors, export and deletion arrangements are agreed before launch.
